KOROBUTA PORK RAK

The Korobuta pork rib comes from this English breed raised in Japan. Similar to pork loin, this cut is quite lean, with a mild flavor and a rich layer of fat. It is obtained from the upper portion of the loin primal. The main muscle is the longissimus dorsi.
