Tomahawk

The Tomahawk is another great cut with a perfect balance between fat and lean meat. It comes from the rib section of the cow, and due to the presence of the bone, it tends to have a considerably large thickness.

The significant presence of intramuscular (marbling) and intermuscular fat along with the rib bone gives it a great flavor and exceptional juiciness.
