BEEF FLANK

Beef flank steak is a cut from a muscle located on the lateral side of the cow. It is extracted from between the ribs and the hip hollows and is usually a juicy meat. It has an irregular and slightly flattened shape, with a thicker type of fiber. It has a medium tenderness, making it a characteristic cut for grilling.
